She has been the Executive Director of The Road Home Dane County since March 2000. YWCA Board Chair Ann Tieman says, "We are excited to welcome Rachel to the YWCA family. She will bring her passion for fighting homelessness and racism in our community to the YWCA. We are confident that she will help our organization grow and thrive, just as she has at The Road Home."
