YWCA Madison is partnering with organizations who are committed to an equity & inclusion change process by offering three levels of capacity building and technical assistance. The Creating Equitable Organizations (CEO) Partnership Program consists of customized services provided to organizational partners over the period of one, two, or three years that include a combination of training and skill building, organizational change consulting time, and opportunities for ongoing learning in community.
All partnerships include a full-day CEO Self-Assessment Workshop. The specifics of the additional components of the partnership would be decided in collaboration with you as the partner organization following an intake meeting. Together, we develop a strategy for how YWCA Madison can best support the process of internal organizational transformation in pursuit of Equity. Our work centers specifically on Racial Equity.
This support can include the facilitation of additional training and skill building opportunities on topics related to Racial Equity as well as facilitation of Change Team meetings and other Organizational Change Consultation and Planning. We have found that it can often be helpful for organizations to have a facilitated shared experience in which we explore some foundational elements for understanding the System of Racial Inequity in the United States prior to diving in to the exploration of your internal organizational culture.
All of the partnerships include access to a resource Toolkit as well as Membership in the Creating Equitable Organizations Learning Community, which meets quarterly.
