Hope Shines Brightest When We Give Together
As the holiday season approaches, community and connection are at the forefront of our hearts and minds. Many of the families we serve at YWCA Madison are navigating increasingly uncertain economic landscapes. Rising costs for essentials, such as housing, childcare, food, and transportation, continue to place a significant strain on residents already working hard to build stability. For many, what should be a joyful time of year can be a source of stress and worry.
That’s why this Giving Tuesday, we are rallying our community to support YWCA Madison’s Annual Holiday party. This beloved tradition brings residents, families, and staff together to celebrate warmth, community, and the spirit of the season, providing not only gifts and festive meals but also a sense of belonging, hope, and celebration during a time when it is needed most. We believe that nurturing our collective joy is one of the most powerful acts of resistance and healing.
On Giving Tuesday, December 2, we invite you to help us continue this tradition.
Your generosity helps ensure that every child, parent, and resident in our programs experiences warmth, joy, and dignity this season. Whether it's providing a holiday meal, a small present, or a moment of relief in a challenging year, your gift truly matters.
Help YWCA Madison provide meals, gifts, and holiday cheer to families working toward stability and healing.
We will be taking Giving Tuesday donations through Friday, December 5, 2025.
At YWCA Madison, our mission— to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all—guides every program, every service, and every community moment we create.
The Annual Holiday Party is one way we bring that mission to life, offering connection and celebration for families.
